- Chauffeur arrival policy is half an
hour before the pick-up at no extra charge
- Gratuity is included but appreciated
Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel less than 120 minutes before the pick-up time, we need to charge you for one hour
to cover our costs. We at RCL make an attempt to arrive 30 minutes early for scheduled Pick-Ups, there is
no charge for this. After the requested Pick-Up time begins, there will be a waiting charge of $60 an hour for an
executive sedan, $90 an hour for larger vehicles.
